Most people find the Wiccan path because of movies or T.V. shows, but let me assure you this path takes a great deal of study, responsibility and dedication, You cannot be spoon-fed this spirituality. You can't just show up once a week and sing a few songs, say a prayer or two and throw some money in a plate and be done with it for another week, this path takes work-- Work that you must be willing to do and enjoy the new-found mysteries within yourself and in the universe along this wonderful path. Believe me, this working journey is more than worth the effort! Wicca is not a cult. A cult presupposes blind faith in a central figure whose every word is regarded as ultimate truth, and the utter conviction that no other way or philosophy will lead to this truth. Wiccans are historically very independent people who seek truth from within through rituals, meditation, magick, study and communion with nature. Wiccans respect the right of everyone to worship in their own way. We do not feel that Wicca is the only way -- only that it is our way. Wicca is not synonymous with Satan worship. The devil is a Judeo-Christian construct and as such, it has nothing to do with Wicca. The notion that witches worship Satan was propounded by the Roman Catholic Church as it made its way across Europe, in an effort to suppress the native earth-based religions prevalent at the time. Wicca is a positive journey to enlightenment through Goddess and God worship and the mystical art of magick. Unlike many other religions, Wicca does not claim to be the one and only "religion" for everybody, nor does it campaign against other beliefs. Wiccans believe that you can be of any "religion" and still be Wiccan and follow the Goddess and God. Wicca is not anti-Christian, Wiccans do not believe in an avenging God, sin or the devil. Wicca encourages free thought, creativity, individuality, personal, spiritual and psychic growth. It is a celebration of the cycles and seasons of the earth and life and the belief in living in harmony with all living things.

In the pages of this Chap Book you will find spells that I have written and a few I have acquired over my many years on a Pagan path.  I have used every one of these spells and can tell you from my personal experience that they have worked quite well for me. I have also included Pagan Symbols for use in your workings. I have tried to include some simple spells for beginners, as well as some that are more involved for those veterans of the craft.

Most of the spells you will find in these pages have to do with self-improvement, protection, prosperity and healing.  Although I have included a few, there are not many spells that have to do with money or love. Those that I have chosen to include, where money and love are concerned, have nothing at all to do with changing another persons will. If those are the types of spell you are seeking, this is not the book for you.

I have also chosen to include a few spells on beauty, but you will find that there are no glamouries.  If you want to change your hair color, buy Nice-N-Easy, if you want to change your eye color, get a pair of color contact lenses.

This 80 page chap book comes with a full color sturdy cover.  Contained within the pages are over 125 spells from “A Destructive Know Spell” to “Zeal”.  There are also a few oil and incense recipes to help with some specific spells.

I wrote this book in the hopes that it would provide guidelines to newcomers to the path of Wicca to design their own rituals or to see how to set up and perform different types of rituals.  

There are many rituals included in this compilation; from A Child’s Birthday Ritual (Wiccaning) to the Vacuum Cleaner Purification Ritual that can all be altered to suit an individuals or groups needs.  I have tried to include as many different rituals as I could, although not all types will be found here. There are no love or sex rituals and no baneful magick rituals. Mostly I have chosen my favorite rituals, at least the ones I’ve enjoyed working the most over the years.  I hope you will find it informative and useful in designing your own rituals or in performing yourself.

I suggest that you find a ritual that you need or want to try and go over it carefully.  Gather the materials needed to do the ritual and read over the wording so you are familiar with it before you set up your Sacred Space to perform it.  You don’t want to break your circle mid-ritual to get a candle you forgot or stumble over the pronunciation of a word at a climactic moment.  Remember, intent is paramount and the gods and goddesses have a great sense of humor!

This 61 page chap book contains over 35 rituals that can be preformed as a solitary or as a coven or group.  Included are menarche, funeral rites, healing, prosperity, cleansing, protection, re-birthday and more!  There are even a few blank pages were beginners can practice writing their own ritual.
